Know which articles are stuck and what moves them on.

The pipeline shows every article from brief to published. It names the ones that are blocked, says why, and gives you the button to move each one on.

At volume

Twenty articles in flight is hard to track by hand.

Stalled work

Articles go quiet and nobody notices

A brief waits on keywords for a week because nobody knew it was waiting.

Volume

Too much in flight at once

A spreadsheet can't keep up with what is drafted, generating, ready and live.

Reporting

The weekly update takes an hour

Pulling together what shipped and what is blocked shouldn't be a job in itself.

What changes

A tracker records status. This shows what to do next.

Spreadsheets and project boards record where things are. The pipeline sits inside the tool that writes the content, so it knows why an article is stuck.

A typical stackmanual

A content spreadsheet: someone updates it when they remember, and it shows a status without the reason.

The content pipelineautomatic

Statuses update as the work happens, and blocked articles are named with the reason and the fix.

What is the content pipeline in SEORCE Content Studio?

The content pipeline is Content Studio's home view for every article across all statuses. It shows a metric strip with changes against the previous period, an insight naming blocked articles and the reason, status tabs with counts, search, filters and sorting, and a table with each article's status, SEO score, keywords and context. Selected articles can be exported, moved to a new status or deleted in bulk.
