Get the structure right before the first draft.

Changing a heading takes a second, and rewriting an article takes an afternoon. Content Studio builds an outline from your brief and keywords, and lets you shape it before anything is written.

Why outline first

Structure problems cost the most to fix late.

Rewrites

The draft is fine and the structure isn't

Sections in the wrong order mean rewriting half the article after it exists.

Handover

Your writer needs more than a title

A clear outline with keywords placed is the brief most writers wish they had.

Sign-off

A client wants to see the plan first

Approving an outline is quicker for everyone than approving a finished draft.

Why it matters

Fix it in the outline, where it costs seconds.

A structural change costs seconds at this step and hours once the article is written, which is why the outline waits for you.

A typical stackfix later

Straight to draft: the AI writes first and structural problems show up after 2,000 words exist.

Outline firstfix now

You see headings, length and keyword placement, change what's wrong, then write once.
