Finished means ready to publish.
When an article leaves Content Studio, its title tag, meta description, canonical and schema go with it. Copy it as HTML, Markdown or plain text, or download a document, and paste it into whichever CMS you use.
The last mile is where articles stall.
Formatting breaks on the way to the CMS
Headings turn into bold text and links go missing between the tool and the site.
The article is live and the meta isn't
Title tags and descriptions get written in a rush, or not at all.
A client wants a document to approve
They want a Word file or a PDF, rather than a login to another tool.
Check the meta, pick a format.
Check title and description
Edit both with live character counters.
Set canonical and image
Add the canonical URL and an Open Graph image.
Choose how it leaves
HTML, Markdown, plain text, DOCX or PDF.
Paste into your CMS
The article arrives ready, with nothing to add.
Everything that goes out with the article.
Whatever your site or reviewer needs.
Copy into your CMS, or download a file for someone to review. The structure comes with it either way.
- Copy HTMLClean markup with headings, lists and links intact.
- Copy Markdown or plain textFor tools that prefer Markdown, or for pasting anywhere.
- Download DOCX or PDFFor client approval, legal review or your own records.
The details people forget, done.

The article, its meta and its structured data are generated together, so they match.

No plugin to install, and no CMS lock-in.
Content Studio doesn't publish to your site directly. It gives you finished content in standard formats, so it works with whatever you use now.
What Content Studio does: writes the article, meta and schema, and exports them as HTML, Markdown, plain text, DOCX or PDF.
Paste or upload into WordPress, Shopify, Webflow or any other CMS, and publish from there.
The steps that come first.
How does export work in SEORCE Content Studio?
Finished articles are exported from the Export tab in the SEO sidebar. You can copy HTML, Markdown or plain text, or download a DOCX or PDF. The Meta tab carries an editable title tag and meta description with live counters, a canonical URL field, schema and an Open Graph image upload. Content Studio does not publish to a CMS directly: you paste or upload the export into the CMS you use.
