IndexNow Payload Generator
Build IndexNow JSON payloads to notify Bing, Yandex, Naver, and Seznam of URL changes. Generates the request body, the key file, and ready-to-run curl commands for each endpoint.
Technical SEO Intelligence
Google doesn't support IndexNow: but 15% of global search traffic does, and that share runs the AI engines.
Bing, Yandex, Naver, and Seznam share the IndexNow pool. Bing is the index behind ChatGPT and Copilot search answers, so IndexNow is now a GEO lever as well. Push URL changes within seconds of publish, no sitemap wait.

Frequently asked questions
What is IndexNow?
A protocol for pushing URL changes to search engines (Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam) rather than waiting for them to crawl. Published by Microsoft in late 2021.
Does Google support IndexNow?
No. Google maintains its own crawl systems. But Bing has ~5-15% share and is the index behind ChatGPT and Copilot answers, which makes IndexNow a GEO lever too.
How fast does IndexNow surface changes?
Within minutes to hours for Bing. Faster than natural recrawl for medium-priority URLs.
What is the key file?
A text file at
/{key}.txt that proves you control the host. Must contain only the key text, no HTML.How many URLs can one request push?
10,000 per batch. Larger: split and send sequentially.
When should I use IndexNow?
On publish, update, and delete. Especially: new blog posts, product price changes, out-of-stock status, news articles.
Can I automate IndexNow?
Yes, via API. WordPress plugins (Rank Math, Yoast) do it automatically. For custom sites, add a hook to your publish flow.
What endpoints should I submit to?
All five (IndexNow aggregator, Bing, Yandex, Naver, Seznam). The tool outputs cURL for each.
Is IndexNow secure?
The key file proves control. Without that match, submissions are rejected. Not encryption-grade but adequate to prevent spam.
Does IndexNow replace sitemaps?
No. Sitemaps are the pull mechanism; IndexNow is the push. Use both.
Should I push every URL change?
Yes for meaningful changes. Not for every typo fix. One push per edit batch is fine.
