Multi-Client Reporting Template
Build one monthly report template that works across every client in your book. Section library, KPI blocks, commentary placeholders. Export as HTML, Markdown, or print-ready preview. Build once, swap data for 20 clients.
Agency Intelligence
Agencies lose 10 to 20 hours per month per client to report assembly: a strong template cuts that to 3.
Each client wants a bespoke report, but the underlying structure is the same: performance headline, KPI deltas, wins, blockers, next-month plan, risks. Build a library of block types once, then stamp them out per client with the client-specific values swapped in. This generator is the template builder.

Frequently asked questions
Why standardise client reports?
Agencies lose 10 to 20 hours per month per client to report assembly. A standard template cuts that to 3.
Should every client get the identical report?
The structure can be identical. The content is client-specific. Clients compare reports informally; consistency reads as professionalism.
What sections should a standard report have?
Executive summary, KPI dashboard, highlight call-out, commentary, wins, blockers, next-period plan, risks. Core eight sections.
How is the template different from a Looker Studio dashboard?
A dashboard is live interactive data. A report is a narrative snapshot with commentary. Many agencies send both monthly.
What is a KPI block?
A structured representation of key metrics with name, value, period-over-period change, and comparison basis. Fits in a template.
Should the report include recommendations?
Yes in the "Next period plan" section. Reporting without recommendations is a status update; with recommendations it is strategy.
What report length is right?
5 to 8 sections, under 10 minutes to read. Clients won't read longer. Save detail for the quarterly business review.
How often should the template itself update?
Quarterly or when a client raises an unmet need. Templates that stay static for years go stale.
Should I include screenshots?
Minimal. Charts rendered from live data are better than screenshots that go stale.
Does the tool store my template?
No. Export to HTML or Markdown. Save to your preferred storage.
What formats can I export?
Markdown (edit anywhere), print-ready HTML (export to PDF via browser). PowerPoint export is on the roadmap.
